Thousands of Rwandans, even millions, stay their trust with the UN and feel they will be protected and helped in any difficult global emplacement. However, once the attacks began it seemed the UN backed irrelevant and didnt stay true to their obligations. The UN sought to arrange a ceasefire but all attempts failed, which left the majority of Rwandan people wiped out(p) and viciously angry.
